What if I don't have a vector file?

A PNG or JPG with sufficient resolution also works. Send your file and we'll review it for free. For complex logos we'll suggest simplifications.

How do I know if my logo will fit on the cap?

You see it in the digital proof, which you receive free with every request. You only approve when you're satisfied.

Which colours are available?

Virtually all cap colours are possible. Logo printing can be done in any colour, including combinations.

Can I get a physical proof?

A digital proof is free with every order. A physical sample is possible for orders from 1,000 pieces.

What is the payment term?

Standard payment is in 2 installments: 50% on proof approval, 50% on delivery. For some orders we may ask 100% upfront. Direct online payment via Stripe is also possible. Exact terms are always listed in your quote.

Can I order at wholesale prices as a reseller?

Yes. Reseller partners receive partner pricing on the standard price list, with white-label delivery and drop-shipping as options.

What if my logo is too complex to print?

We flag this directly with the proof. In most cases simplification is enough. If needed we render the logo as a text variant.
