Companies that want to get their logo in front of festival visitors are increasingly looking for something better than a flyer. Festival cap printing is one such alternative: a universal bottle cap with your logo on it, that visitors carry on their keyring after the event. This guide covers everything you need, from colour options and MOQ to prices and lead times, so you can place a well-informed order.
What is a festival cap?
A festival cap, also called a partycap, is a universal bottle cap that fits standard PET bottles such as soft drink and water bottles in regular size. The cap is not tied to a specific bottle type or brand.
At Party-cap, the caps are made from biodegradable material. That suits companies that want to show at events that they take sustainability seriously, without being over the top about it.
Version with bottle opener
In addition to the standard festival cap, there is also a version with an integrated bottle opener. Both versions are fully custom printed with your logo.
When do you choose festival caps with logo?
The festival cap is not a product for festival organisers themselves. Festivals want visitors to empty their bottles fast for more bar revenue. The cap is intended for companies present at events or trade shows who want to hand out something tangible.
Three situations where it works well
Career fairs and corporate events Companies such as banks, recruiters, insurers and energy providers regularly attend trade shows aimed at a younger audience. A printed festival cap goes in the pocket, then onto the keyring and stays visible. That is a different reach than a brochure that ends up in the bin straight away.
Merch for festival and dance brands Labels and brands aimed at festival audiences hand out the caps as part of their brand activation, or sell them as merchandise at events. The cap fits the audience and has a longer use cycle than a drink holder or festival wristband.
Corporate gifts and promotional products Companies in the corporate gift industry add festival caps to their range as a branded giveaway for their own business customers. For the resale option, see our reseller programme.
Colour and logo options
Cap colours
Almost all colours are possible. You choose the cap colour and the print colour separately. So you can go for a black cap with a white logo, or an orange cap with a blue logo.
Multi-colour logos are also possible. For complex logos we can think along with you about a simplified version that comes out better on the available surface.
File format
You get the best result with a vector file: AI, EPS or PDF. A high-resolution PNG or JPG works too, as long as the quality is sufficient. In case of doubt we always send a digital proof before you approve. That proof is free with every order.
Production in the Netherlands
The caps are printed in the Netherlands. That means no import delays of weeks. Most orders are deliverable within a week.
MOQ and price structure
Minimum order quantity: 100 pieces
The minimum order is 100 pieces. That is low enough for a small trade show appearance, an internal campaign or a first test order for resellers.
